The Gold Series gives you a designated place in the hall and will be offered the same place before the new season.

When you renew your subscription, you can buy tickets to concerts outside your subscription - before they become available to the general public, with the same discount as your subscription.

As a subscriber with designated seating, you will get a discount on all our concerts.

Exchange up to 3 concerts
When you buy the Gold Series, you can exchange up to 3 concerts during the season. Read more about how under "exchange terms."

Price levels
All of the Oslo Philharmonic's concerts and subscription series have four different price levels. The levels indicate different locations in the concert hall.

This is how you exchange your ticket
Subscribers with designated seating or Pick & Mix can exchange their subscriber ticket for a ticket to another concert.
Which concerts can you exchange?
- You can exchange your ticket for a ticket to one of the Oslo Philharmonic's concerts in Oslo Concert Hall (Grand Hall), and only these concerts.
- You can not exchange tickets other than those included in your subscription, i.e., you can not exchange these more than once, and you can not exchange additional tickets
- The terms also apply when changing to the same concert on another day (for example, Thursday to Friday).
When can you exchange your ticket?
- For the 2023/23 season, the earliest opportunity for exchanging your is June 2023
- The ticket must be exchanged the day before the concert you wish to exchange from starts.
What does it cost to switch my ticket?
- An exchange fee of NOK 50 per ticket is charged. (Free for members of the Friends of the Oslo Philharmonic)
- You can exchange for a ticket at the same price level as long there is available seating.
- There is no intermediate charge, neither up nor down, even if you were to switch to a concert or seats with a different price.
Where can I exchange my tickets?
- Exchanges can be made at the ticket office in Oslo Concert Hall during regular opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 14:00, and between 2 and 1 hour before the concert.
- You can also call Oslo Concert Hall's ticket office (tel. +47 23 11 31 11), our sales office (tel. +47 23 11 60 60), or send an e-mail to billetter@okh.no or salgskontor@ofo.no and say what you want to switch to. You will then be sent a link by e-mail to pay the exchange fee with Vipps or online. When this has been paid, you let us know, and we will carry out the exchange and send you the exchange tickets by e-mail. (Payment over the phone is not possible).
Number of exchanges
How many times you can exchange your ticket varies from series to series:
- Platinum, designated seating: unlimited
- Platinum, Pick & mix 16+ concerts: unlimited
- Gold Series: 3 exchanges
- Silver Series: 2 exchanges
- Bronze Series: 2 exchanges
- Friday Series: 2 exchanges
- Pick & Mix 10-15 concerts: 2 exchanges
- Pick & Mix 6-9 concerts: 1 exchange
- Classical Hour: 1 exchange
- Friends of the Oslo Philharmonic: unlimited
The exchange scheme only applies in these series—no exchange or refund of other tickets.
