Our centenary program is launched!
We celebrate our centenary in style throughout the 2019/20 season.
We'll open our season with a series of outdoor concerts “In the neighborhood”. These concerts take place in the districts Haugenstua, Holmlia and Hovseter in Oslo.
After that, the whole city is invited to a large, live outdoor concert at the Palace Square.
On 21st August we're back in Oslo Concert Hall, where we'll play new music by Øyvind Torvund and Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 5 in our Season Opening Concert.

"When celebrating our 100th anniversary, we'd like to take the opportunity to celebrate the act of listening! To listen is to be open, receptive and willing to learn, and that's a great starting point for mutual respect between people," the anniversary project manager Lars Petter Hagen writes in his introduction to the season program.
Ticket are now on sale.
A warm welcome to the Oslo Philharmonic's centenary season!
