Summer is here, and we welcome you to the main stage of the Oslo Concert Hall for a yoga concert experience. Bring your yoga mat and listen with your whole body; through movement, breath and moments of rest – where the sound carries you and awakens the summer glow within you.

The music is performed by a string quartet with musicians from the Oslo Philharmonic, and this experience is equally suited for beginners and the most experienced yogis.

Bring your own yoga mat and any accessories you wish to use.

About Lene Aadalen Skomedal

Musician and yoga teacher Lene Aadalen Skomedal hails from Telemark but lives in Sweden. She brings you closer to classical music and the people behind it, while guiding you through wonderful yoga.
