Welcome to a traditional Christmas concert
Welcome to a traditional Christmas concert
The Oslo Philharmonic held its first Christmas concerts in 1969, and they have since become a cherished tradition for many in the run-up to Christmas.
Welcome to a pre-Christmas experience with well-known Christmas carols, a full symphony orchestra, choir and soloist, and Christmas music from the classical repertoire. Herborg Kråkevik is soloist and host for this year's edition of the concert. In addition, Bernt Ola Volungholen is the soloist in O Holy Night Koppången, and Åshild Breie Nyhus opens the concert with the nyckelharpa.
We hope you will join us in creating a magical evening!
