Folk Festival at the Palace Square
Welcome to this year’s folk festival at the Palace Square, conducted by Adam Hickox. The Oslo Philharmonic has a long tradition of outdoor concerts, and this marks the seventh free concert in front of the Royal Palace.
Due to a limited number of seats available at the Palace Square, we recommend arriving early or bringing your own chair. In case of rain, please leave umbrellas at home and bring rain gear instead.
The concert is produced in collaboration with NRK and the Royal Court, with support from Sparebankstiftelsen DNB, the City of Oslo, and Tom Wilhelmsens Stiftelse.
